Our Process
Your prep will consist of (2) two-hour sessions on a single day. These sessions will be back-to-back with a 30 minute break in between. The AM sessions will start at 0800 and should be done by 1230; the afternoon sessions will start at 1300 and be done by 1730.
- Your interview session will focus on how to act, behave, dress, and answer during your interview. We will provide you a study guide ahead of time to help you prepare. This session will be designed and tailored specifically for YOU. We would like you to show up for this session dressed the way you will dress for your interview.
- Your technical session will be in a separate room and will focus on those areas of a technical review in which you feel most inadequate. Depending on which airline(s) you are most interested in, this interview can be tailored more towards basic pilot knowledge or more towards line-oriented scenarios or a combination of the two. Again, this is YOUR preparation; we will tailor it to meet YOUR needs.
Before you arrive, you will know which time period you are scheduled for (AM or PM) and which session will come first (interview or technical). The more you prepare for these sessions, the more productive they will be.
