1. Do you guarantee that I will get hired?
A: Of course not. There are many factors out of our control that might lead to that unfortunate outcome. We do however promise to prepare you to the best of our abilities.
2. Do you have a money-back guarantee in case I don't get hired?
A: No, although we understand some other prep teams offer this. We are confident in our process and our past successes speak for themselves. In fact, we will stay with you until you do get hired, helping you refine and master your interview skills.
3. Can I reschedule a training session once I've paid for it?
A: Yes, of course, but it will have to be on a space-available basis.
4. Do you have a 'deal' with a hotel in San Antonio?
A: As a matter of fact, we do. Our training sessions are held at the Drury Inn and Suites Airport and they have agreed to provide our clients with discounted room rates. They are located at 95 NE Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78216. Their phone number is (210) 308-8100. Your rate will include complimentary breakfast and evening hot food and cocktails.
5. Do I have to spend a night at the hotel?
A: No, but if you have the morning session, we do expect you to be ready and available at 0800. If you have the afternoon session, don't live in the San Antonio area, and can't get home that night, then yes, we would recommend you spend the night. We do not get any 'kickbacks' from the Drury Inn so feel free to stay where you'd like.
6. What does the phrase "...a posse ad esse" on your header mean?
A. "...a posse ad esse" means from possibility to reality. We like it.
